- Apply a thin layer of gel to your teeth.
- Smile for 60 seconds to let the gel dry.
- Brush your teeth after a few hours.

The main purpose of these gel pens is to be used in combination with the whitening light from the SHINE® range. But even without this device, the gel will do its job like a charm by applying it directly to the teeth and letting it dry by simply maintaining a smile for 60 seconds. Then, the teeth should be brushed well after a few hours, preferably at the end of the day.
